The Chelsea star and the presenter, 31, are said to have set their sights on a townhouse in Knightsbridge, central London.
'They spend an awful lot of time together at each other's homes so they decided to take things to the next level,' a source tells the Sunday People.
'They have been looking at properties recently and they have found the right one.'
Frank, 32, and Christine have been dating since October.
They are believed to be hoping to move in to the property within the next 3 months after the deal is finalised.
